School Lunch Options and Lunch Box Jokes

Take a look at a few of the take & go lunches our 7 year old has taken to school this year so far.

 

I saw an idea for lunch box jokes for your kids with print out options.  What a fantastic idea!  My colored ink is out in my printer currently, so the wonderful print outs were not an option. 

So here is my spin on this wonderful idea:

Step 1: Find kid appropriate jokes.

Step 2: Print & cut out.

Step 3: Put in lunchpack. 

I wanted to make sure it would stay in her lunch box without getting damp, as well as be easily removable at the end of the day.  I used Avery Labels I had in the drawer & taped over the joke to prevent dampness.  It worked fantastic & my 7 year old got a kick out of it.  She is excited for the next day so she can read a new joke at lunch.

Here are a few jokes I will be putting in her lunch box this week:

*She is out of school today for LABOR DAY!

Q: What do you call cheese that isn't yours?
A: Nacho cheese!

Q: What's the best thing to put into a pie?

A: Your teeth! 

Q: What do you give to a sick lemon?
A: Lemon aid! 

Q: Why did the donut go to the dentist?

A: It needed a chocolate filling.
