Oreo Marble Heart Cupcake Tutorial

My Inspiration was a pin on Pinterest!

It was the heart cupcakes with the help of a marble, so I made
Oreo Marble Heart Cupcakes

What you need:

1 box of white cake mix~ follow box instructions
1 row of double stuffed oreos crushed finely

So easy.

I was really wondering about this marble method for a while now.  I am glad Valentines is coming up so I had an excuse to make them and who doesn't love oreos!  I am all out of Halloween themed cupcake papers now.  This is the 2nd time I have made cupcakes and had to use Halloween themed cupcake papers....lol.

When you put the paper in and put a little batter in, it does a fold in somewhere.  I just put my marble in that spot and filled them to the level I wanted them.  Then into the oven they went.  They looked funny at first but after they cooled a majority of them looked like hearts.  Pretty cool huh!  I put some cream cheese frosting on them and sprinkle some of the left over crumbs on top.

My husband gave me some beautiful roses when he got back from work on this day and I just had to take a picture of them.

See it really looks like a heart.

I can't wait to see what has inspired you lately.

I never thought of using marbles or making hearts! I made little clovers a few years ago for St Patrick's Day using balled up tin foil but there wasn't the same consistency. Very cute!

Oh and they were. They were super moist and tasted great with all that melted oreo stuffing. (:-)

I bet clovers could be done with the marbles too! St. Patrick's Day is coming up, so I am going to have to give that a try. Thanks for stopping by Dianna!
